1. Usługa

SellerLens to rozszerzenie przeglądarki Chrome wyświetlające analitykę niszy i konkurencji na stronach Allegro.pl, które użytkownik sam otwiera. Wersja Free obejmuje 5 analiz dziennie; subskrypcja Pro (19 zł/miesiąc) znosi limity oraz udostępnia eksport CSV i pełną historię cen. SellerLens jest narzędziem nieoficjalnym i nie jest powiązany z Allegro.pl sp. z o.o.

2. Płatności i sprzedawca

Sprzedawcą (merchant of record) subskrypcji Pro jest Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle obsługuje płatności, faktury VAT oraz obsługę zwrotów zgodnie z własnym regulaminem (Paddle Buyer Terms). Subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie co miesiąc.

3. Anulowanie i zwroty

• Subskrypcję można anulować w dowolnym momencie (link w e-mailu z potwierdzeniem zakupu lub kontakt na adres poniżej) — dostęp Pro trwa do końca opłaconego okresu.
• Konsumentom w UE przysługuje ustawowe prawo odstąpienia w ciągu 14 dni.
• Zwroty za bieżący okres rozliczeniowy: jeśli usługa nie działa zgodnie z opisem, napisz do nas w ciągu 14 dni od obciążenia — zwrot realizuje Paddle.

4. Odpowiedzialność

Dane prezentowane przez SellerLens pochodzą ze stron otwieranych przez użytkownika i mają charakter szacunkowy. Nie stanowią porady inwestycyjnej ani gwarancji wyników sprzedaży. Usługa dostarczana jest „tak jak jest"; odpowiedzialność ograniczona jest do wysokości opłat za ostatni miesiąc subskrypcji.

1. Service

SellerLens is a Chrome browser extension that renders niche and competitor analytics on Allegro.pl pages the user opens. The Free tier includes 5 analyses per day; the Pro subscription (19 zł/month) removes limits and adds CSV export and full price history. SellerLens is an unofficial tool, not affiliated with Allegro.pl sp. z o.o.

2. Payments and seller

The merchant of record for Pro subscriptions is Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles payments, VAT invoices and refunds under its own Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month.

3. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel anytime (via the link in your purchase confirmation e-mail or by contacting us below) — Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
• EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
• Refunds for the current billing period: if the service does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge — refunds are processed by Paddle.

4. Liability

Data shown by SellerLens comes from pages the user opens and is approximate. It is not investment advice and no sales results are guaranteed. The service is provided "as is"; liability is limited to the fees paid for the last month of subscription.
